Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 09, 2026 • Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between your retail establishment ("you" or "Subscriber") and Codesalen ("Company", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the MobiFox retail management operating system, Android/iOS applications, and related cloud billing services.

By activating a free trial, signing in, or subscribing to MobiFox Pro, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these Terms in full.

2. SaaS Subscriptions & 30-Day Free Trial

MobiFox provides a 30-day free trial offering full retail store capabilities without upfront charges. Continued access upon trial conclusion requires an active monthly (₹499/mo) or annual (₹4,999/yr) subscription.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are processed in advance on a recurring schedule in Indian Rupees (INR) with tax invoice receipts.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time. Your access remains active until the expiration of the current billing cycle.
  • Data Preservation: If a subscription expires, your store data and tax invoice archives are preserved securely in read-only format for export.

3. Account Security & Staff PINs

You are solely responsible for safeguarding master store credentials and assigning appropriate role permissions to staff members. Any transactions or invoices logged under an authenticated staff PIN remain the operational responsibility of the store licensee.

4. Store Data Ownership vs. Intellectual Property

Store Data: You retain complete, unrestricted ownership of all inventory logs, customer contact details, vendor records, and tax invoices created within your MobiFox tenant database.

MobiFox Platform: The MobiFox software, UI architecture, algorithms, vector logos, and documentation are the proprietary intellectual property of Codesalen.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to utilize MobiFox for:

  • Generating fraudulent or non-compliant tax invoices.
  • Logging blacklisted, stolen, or illegally acquired device IMEI numbers.
  • Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or compromise cloud API endpoints.
